Making people's lives better: We not only set this standard for our products and our workplaces. We also pursue this claim in our social commitment.Melitta Bentz, the founder of our company. It was important to her to offer help and support in the company's environment wherever life presents people with special challenges. That is why it is part of our self-image to get involved – at our locations, in our procurement regions and wherever we believe we can provide tangible impetus. Whether in sports, culture or the social sector, we want to make an impact and make a difference and thus contribute to a future worth living for as many people as possible. Our employees – and our jobs – are as diverse as our group of companies. We love brands, appreciate international exchange, are enthusiastic about innovations and have great fun acting like business owners and working in a team. Above all, however, we want one thing: to create impact.
